Membership Form

We regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to cancel the membership for our organization, the Arizona State Karate Alliance. Due to constraints in staffing and financial resources, we are unable to continue operating as a functioning alliance.


We will have one last modest Points Banquet in the fall of 2025.
